Let's Help India is an initiative run by Ottawa Students in response to the healthcare crisis in India brought on by the second wave of COVID-19.

The money raised from the GoFundMe is directly sent to SEWA Canada, a registered NGO leading humanitarian efforts for the past 22 years.

How will your donations help India?

The money donated goes directly to SEWA Canada and from there it will be used to provide essential kits and oxygen concentrators.

SEWA Canada is a registered leading humanitarian and development charity that has focused on selfless humanitarian efforts by providing service to all irrespective of race, nationality, religion, or sex for the last 22 years. In response to the healthcare crisis brought on by COVID-19, they are helping the vulnerable by providing oxygen concentrators, ventilators, basic medicines, food, etc.

The cost for specific donations can be found in " Our Goals" but everything helps!

100% of your donation is transferred to the effort on the ground. All donations are tax-deductible in Canada. Tax receipts will be issued automatically by GoFundMe via PayPal Giving Fund.

Host India is a restaurant that has been providing divine Indian delicacies since 2009! They have partnered with us by donating $5 from all orders made through May 10th-16th to the cause! Orders made through third-party apps are exempted.

AFTER HOURS OTTAWA

After Hours is a trendy pop-up restaurant operating inside Cadmans Bagels. They have partnered with our initiative by donating $5 from every order of Korean BBQ Mac and Cheese and Tandoori Chicken Mac and Cheese between May 12-16.
